Goals

Multilingual Link Inc. goals are to improve the quality of care for our diverse population provided by Health Care Institutions, Courts, Schools and other Social settings through highly trained Medical and Legal Interpreters, Translators and Community health workers.

Bridging the linguistic and cultural gap of our community through a higher quality of interpreting, translations and health care resources to meet the need of our diverse population in Minnesota and surrounding areas.

Knowledge and Experience

We have a number of experienced staff members from multiple fields of profession including Medical and Legal Interpreting, Medical Interpreter Trainers, Graduates from Medical and Legal schools across the world, Graduates of Business management and accounting, Social services, Community Health workers as well as Computer Network Program Specialists.

Objectives

To discuss interpreting in the larger context of health care & legal in cultural competence while complying with client policy and procedures as well as the broader Interpreter standard of practice, Interpreters code of ethics and Translation protocols.

Our staffs are also committed to avoid errors of the Medical and Legal interpretations. Our organization also understands the importance of Accuracy, Neutrality, Confidentiality, Impartiality, Professionalism and Free from conflict of Interest in Interpreted and Translated encounters/sessions.
